How Rebecca works
I’m Rebecca New, a Licensed Associate Addiction Counselor in Arizona. My work is centered on helping adults feel safe enough to be honest, understood enough to stay engaged, and supported enough to make meaningful, practical steps forward. I take an individualized, trauma-informed approach to counseling, integrating traditional talk therapy with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address addiction, eating disorders, trauma, and co-occurring mental health concerns.
I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all. My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients can explore difficult experiences, develop healthier relationships with themselves and others, strengthen emotional flexibility, and build a recovery path that reflects their individual needs and values
